As known; Downloading systematic articles or bibliographic information from electronic journals and databases that have been subscribed or provided access to trial within the scope of ANKOS and EKUAL means that the libraries act against the license agreements with the publishers and the responsibility of this application belongs to the relevant University Library. In this case, publishers turn off electronic access and all users are harmed. Using 3rd party software (Getright, Flashget, Smart Robot etc.), or systematic download (downloading all records of a journal or database from the same machine) when downloading articles or bibliographic records is prohibited worldwide according to Copyright Laws.
